What if the best summer memories of 2026 were waiting just minutes from your front door?

Across Langley, residents and visitors are preparing for a season filled with festivals, live entertainment, cultural celebrations, and family-friendly activities. From food festivals and car shows to arts events and historic celebrations, Langley continues to establish itself as one of the Fraser Valley's most vibrant summer destinations.

One of the biggest highlights of the season arrives June 6-7 with the Langley K-Food Festival at Willoughby Community Park. The festival celebrates Korean cuisine and culture while tapping into the worldwide popularity of K-Pop and K-Dramas. Visitors can enjoy authentic Korean food, live entertainment, cultural exhibits, and family activities throughout the weekend.

The same weekend, automotive enthusiasts can enjoy the annual British Invasion Car Show, featuring classic British vehicles and attracting collectors from throughout British Columbia.

Families looking for community spirit won't want to miss Langley City's Community Day on June 13. This free celebration brings together local organizations, entertainment, food vendors, and activities that showcase the best of Langley's community connections.

Food lovers can continue their culinary adventure at the RootBeer Festival on June 21, while sports enthusiasts can participate in or watch the Douglas Park Pickleball Charity Tournament from July 2-6.

August brings two of Langley's most beloved cultural events. Brigade Days at Fort Langley National Historic Site offers visitors a chance to step back in time and experience the fur trade era through reenactments and demonstrations. Later in the month, the Arts Alive Festival transforms downtown Langley into a vibrant outdoor gallery featuring artists, performers, musicians, and interactive activities.

These events do more than entertain. They strengthen community bonds, support local businesses, and create opportunities for residents and visitors to connect with the unique character that makes Langley such a desirable place to live, work, and invest.

As summer unfolds, now is the perfect time to mark your calendar and experience everything Langley has to offer. The season is short, but the memories can last a lifetime.
